Here we explain what personal data we collect at niquelao.es, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Unknown Gravity, S.L., the company behind Niquelao.
- Tax ID: B-56397532.
- Address: Calle Marqués de Larios, 4, floor 1, 29005 Málaga (Spain).
- Email for any privacy-related matter: [email protected].
What data we collect
When you contact us through the form
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- What you need, based on the service you choose.
- Whether you agree to let us contact you on WhatsApp.
- The page you contacted us from and the date and time when you accepted this policy, so we can prove that you accepted it.
- If you accepted measurement cookies: where you came from to reach the website, including the website or campaign that brought you here, the page you entered through, the last pages you viewed before contacting us, and how long you stayed. Without that permission, nothing is saved or sent.
Then we'll email you to confirm that we've received it.
To prevent bulk submissions
We count how many times the form is submitted from the same connection. To do this, we store a code calculated from the IP address, not the IP address itself. It expires after one hour.
When you browse
When each page loads, the website server and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds it up, receive your IP address and your browser's technical data. They use them to deliver the page and block attacks.
Cookies are covered separately in the cookie policy. Measurement cookies are only activated if you accept them.
What we use it for
| What for | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| To reply to you and prepare your quote | Taking the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (art. 6.1.b of the GDPR) |
| To contact you on WhatsApp | Your consent, if you check the box (art. 6.1.a of the GDPR) |
| Understand how people who contact us find us, where they come from and which pages they view | Your consent in the cookie notice (art. 6.1.a of the GDPR and art. 22.2 of the Information Society Services Act) |
| To prevent bulk submissions and protect the website | Our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (art. 6.1.f of the GDPR) |
| Measure visits with Google Analytics | Your consent in the cookie notice (art. 6.1.a of the GDPR and art. 22.2 of the Information Society Services Act) |
We don’t send you marketing emails, sell your data, or make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep them
- If you don’t hire us for anything: 12 months from our last contact. After that, we’ll delete them.
- If you’re a client: for the duration of the engagement and, afterward, for the six years that article 30 of the Commercial Code requires us to keep business records.
- The code that slows down bulk sends: one hour.
- WhatsApp permission: until you withdraw it. From that moment on, we stop messaging you there.
Who else sees them
We don’t share your data with anyone unless the law requires us to. These providers process it on our behalf under contract:
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Host our website and CRM, where we track each inquiry | Germany |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Protect and speed up the website | United States and its global network |
| Google (Google Workspace) | Receive an email notification for each inquiry | European Union and United States |
| Google (Google Analytics) | Measure visits, only if you accept | European Union and United States |
If you message us on WhatsApp or agree to let us message you there, the messages go through WhatsApp, owned by Meta, under its own terms.
Data outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both are part of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognizes as a sufficient safeguard for these transfers.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the data we have about you;
- correct or delete it;
- stop using it or use it only for a specific purpose;
- receive it in a format that another program can read;
- withdraw permission you gave us, without changing what we did with it before.
Email us at [email protected] from the email address you gave us, or tell us how we can verify that it’s you. We’ll get back to you within one month at most.
If you believe we haven’t handled this properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Minors
The website is not intended for children under 14. If you’re younger, don’t send us your data.
Security
The website is encrypted (HTTPS), and only administrators can see the inquiries submitted through the form.
Changes
If how we use your data changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
